95 268 Islander prop size?

Can someone please tell me what the best or recommended prop size is for this boat with a 95 yamaha 250 carb engine.

We had a single 250HP OX66 (EFI) engine when we first purchased our Islander (270).

But you should be using the same prop.

Yamaha Saltwater Series 15.25" x 17" pitch.

Or, you could use a PowerTech OFS4R17, which is a four-blade prop in 17" pitch.

Either one should spin up to rated RPM at WOT, and give good performance.

That is a heavy boat for the single engine, so you definitely don't want an aluminum prop.
