'95 Sailfish cabin rod storage - replacement rings

My 95' Sailfish had cabin rod racks which uses a rubber ring to hold the rods in the rack. Does anyone know the manufacturer of these racks and where I might be able to find replacement rings? The rings are approximately 2-1/2" in diameter and have a tab for grabbing and stretching into place.
