Hi. I have a 2001 Marlin. My a/c unit was running but did not discharge water out. After a couple of minutes it stopped working.
Any ideas or suggestions?

Did it ever work and discharge water this season? Did you check that the sea cock for raw water is open?
When you say it stopped working, did it completely shut down or did it just blow warm air?
It would also help to know the make and model at some point in the conversation.
