Does anyone have the folding aft jump seats in the cockpit? I didn't order them, but I am getting flack from my wife about the uncomfortable seat in front of the console due to the lack of leg room there. I keep telling her that is not the place to sit for comfort, but you know women. If you have those aft jump seats, can you tell me your experience. Are they comfortable while moving? How about at anchor? Do they take up an inordinate amount of room even when folded (which is why I didn't order them on my boat).

I will probably get a folding deck chair for her to sit on in the cockpit, but would appreciate any feedback on this topic.

Thanks,
Fred

I got them. See Fred if you would have bought my 222 you would already have them! Just kidding. They are small but sit very comfortable. I like mine. I think it is the best seat on the boat. I have cockpit colming bolsters so that is what I use as the back pad. They fold out of the way and are no trouble. I say get them. If the wife is sitting up front tell her to stretch her legs out and prop them on the front deck.
