I was recently gifted an ‘86 198 tournament with “Grady Drive” with a 1993 Yamaha 150TXRR. I need an anchor, chain, and ropes for it, just curious what you guys would recommend. (Type, style, brand, size, length, etc.

I am new to the boating game so go easy on me lol thanks!

There can be lot's of answers to your question. This is very much an opinion-based topic. And to an extent, the type of anchor is largely dependent on the seafloor. But to give a general answer... Get a fluke-style anchor, 6' of 1/4" chain, and enough line to be at least 5-times the depth of what you anticipate anchoring in. All fluke style anchors will list what size boat they are rated for - "model number" will change from brand to brand. Find the correct size anchor based on the brand you find and get one size larger.
