Anyone "Boat Wrap" their Grady hull?

Anyone here wrapped their boat in the 3M boat wrap? I'm not interested in flashy graphics of fish or to advertise....I was just wondering about wrapping it mainly to protect underlying gel coat as it seems like a reasonable investment. I guess it would be easy to change hull color as well but I'm partial to the Grady factory color.

There is a center console beside me in the marina that just had his done. He went from off white to dark grey pattern. Looks pretty cool but I prefer the GW color too.

There is a wrapped glass centre-console where I store my boat. Fuel spilt from the filler has made a mess. Quite a large section has lifted and is crinkled.
