Anyone with Toddler Life Jacket Recommendations

To prevent buying a retuning several times form amazon I am curious if anyone has a lifejacket recommendation for 3-4 year old that they like. My daughter and nephew will still fit into the Body Glove jackets from last year but I thought they were too bulky, they are also small for their ages. Below are links to two other jackets I saw, Mustang is obvious a well known brand, but I have not heard of Stolquist which looks like a better design.

We have a puddle jumper for the beach, but not for under way.

We used Mustang for our daughter from infant through her early teens. Having a convenient and comfortable crotch strap and the handle were pretty much musts, and Mustang seemed to fit well. We did try to get a local store to fit them first.

I have twin 3.5 year old boys...ill snap a picture of the "boat coats" we have them wear. Should be down to the boat some time this week.
