anybody have shut off valves in the lines to their autopilot? I need to remove my AP and want to install valves before re-install.
Looking for brand and source. Picture would be nice.

My hoses have fittings for Seastar 5/16" 1000psi hoses (3/8"ID 9/16-24 thread)

I do not. However, look for a Parker store near you. Often you can just walk in and tell them what you need and they'll help you get what you need - or use an adapter to get to what you need. We have one nearby and they are always super helpful.

If you sure of the size you need, Mcmaster Carr (online) would be another good source that I've used for things like this.

I bought some valves but never used them. They had 1/4NPT so I would need 1/4NPT to 3/8 Tube (compression) adapters on both sides of 3 valves....so....

When I had to remove the pump I used 3/8 compression Caps. Cheap at Home Depot. Minimal spill. If you need to USE the steering while using the Caps I suggest some nylon washers in the caps to act as a sealer.
