While running around the gulf, I found the bathroom door locked with no one in the head. How do you unlock the door from the outside? I have a 330 Express.

Try the master key.
There may be a small hole to trip the lock - if it's really locked. More likely just jammed up. Anything in the head to fall and lock it?

Turns out my bathroom bag swung and hit the latch. The trip hole didn’t work. I ended up removing the hinge pins which were conveniently located on the cabin side.
I’ll save the master key for my next adventure. Stay Salty!
