2000 Sailfish 272 - New Owner - Does the grey water fro the sinks and shower got to the holding tank with the black water from the head or does the grey water drain overboard? Thank you.

Grey water goes directly overboard for any source that is above the waterline. Lower sources like the shower drain often have a sump with a pump that pumps it overboard. All black water or toilet water goes into a holding tank.

Thank you. I have discovered that Grady-White has all owners manuals available on their website. The info is there. I should have read more carefully.
One thing the owners manual does not tell me is which gas tank filler is for which tank. I assume the forward filler is for the main and aft for the reserve. Am I correct?

It's that way on my 268 Islander. Forward fill to forward tank which is my main tank. Aft fill to aft tank which is my aux tank.

On my 330 the bigger "main" tank is aft, as is the filler. Aux tank is forward.

The shower is the only one that goes to a small sump with its own small pump. There is a roller contraption that catches hair and other debris so the pump isn't clogged. Usually under the mid berth.
All others correctly stated drain direct over board via thru hulls.
