Bow mounting trolling motor help

Hello all, I've just purchased a 94' Spirit 175 and would like to mount a trolling motor on the bow. Looking for any advice or help on modifying the bow rail to allow for the shaft to move up and down. Planning on locating batteries under the center console per other threads. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
