I just took my 2007 Grady white 330 express out of the water and noticed an oil leak coming from the bow thruster. Has anyone else experienced this and have an idea what the fix is? Thanks!!

I assume it is a side power thruster? Do you have your manual that came with the boat by chance? It may have a phone number you can call to get info. Have part number and pics ready to send if needed.

If it's the original Sidepower with the separate oil reservoir, you should probably consider replacing with the newer gear leg that does not require any lubrication. You'd also update to the newer 5 blade prop which performs a bit better and is supposed to be quieter. I did this upgrade myself a couple of years back.

It is likely the prop shaft seal. I tried replacing mine, twice, still leaks, I think the prop shaft has a small nick in it causing this. You could try replacing seal, only other option as mentioned is to replace the entire lower, about 600 bucks. Mine leaks so little that I need to top off reservoir 1 x / season, and that works for me.
