Hello
I am wondering how should I break in my new pair of digital F250 yamahas. Is there a period of time that I have to wait before running WOT? What is the typical break in period?
Thank you again
Tim

Be sure to check you manual but I think there is a ten hour break in where you should run the boat changing RPMs every 10 to 15 minutes or so. Then an oil change and check-up. Good to go after that.

no problem

Yes there is a very specific break in period. Remember the engine computers log all engine usage data. There's no fibbin to the warranty-man. On my last new f225 I dedicated my first day to what I believe was a 10hr cruise of varying rpms. Enjoy your new ride.
