Remove the black rubber track. Use a small screwdriver or pick tool.
Remove the screws under the rubber track. The black aluminum capping inside the cabin will fall away.
Carefully pry the aluminum track away from the exterior cabin wall.
Remove all traces of caulk from the exterior wall and frame. Use acetone and lots of rubbing.
Reinstall the frames, inside and out with a helper on the inside of the cabin, applying a liberal amount of caulk to the outter frames so that it squeezes out as you snug up the frames. Don't torque the screws tight. Allow a thin bead of caulk between the deck and the frame. Additionally, caulk the screws as you reinsert them. Allow the sealant to cure.
Reinstall the black rubber stripping into the channel.
Cut off the sealant that squeezes out with a sharp razor. You can also use painters tape along the frame and deck to make clean up a little easier.
Mine were also leaking between the glass butyl seal and the aluminum frame. If this is the case, you might be able to take them to a glass shop and have them rebedded. I cleaned all the old sealant off the glass and frame before I took them. One of the complexities of this design is that the glass is flat but the frames are curved a bit. They rely on the sealant to adhere and seal the glass to the arched frame.
Not overly difficult but it is a PIA job.
Good Luck
