I just saw this on my local craigslist. Not mine and know nothing about it but looks like a good opportunity for someone in need.

A few suspicious things stand out to me about this ad... the first would be that this looks like a dealership but is listed as a private party. It could be legitimate, or it could also be a typo but it seems somewhat odd. Anytime there's only one picture in a Craigslist ad it also makes me a bit suspicious and throws up a small red flag. Furthermore, the price also seems a bit "too good to be true" for essentially a brand new triple axle trailer. Lastly, the seller "Marc's" phone number has a "508" area code, which is an area code for a phone number in Massachusetts... which it's quite possible that he's moved and kept his old phone number. That being said, the combination of all of those things would make me very cautious. If anyone does move forward with the trailer, I would definitely make sure it's legitimate before exchanging any money or personal information. Hopefully it's not a scam, but you can't be too careful anymore. Good luck!

It's been listed for a while. The model number would help since the folks who are willing to spend $8k, have a pretty good idea of what they are looking for. I don't at first glance see as a bargain.

Yeah, it all depends on the brakes. How many axles are braked and are they all stainless Kodiaks.
