I’m getting started on my dual anchor pulpit/line winder design/install. Anyone in the community have photos or good links that I can get ideas from ??? I’ve seen some “trick” set ups on charters I’ve been on.

By "line winder", do you mean windlass? Or are you using something different?

Do you have enough free deck space to do this? For both new windlasses and anchor rollers? Are you going to reposition your existing windlass? What about reinforcing underneath? Will you need to divide the anchor locker?

Just out of curiosity... why?

I take it to mean a pulpit that holds two anchors and fairs each rode to a single capstan for hauling?

Is that what you mean?

Seems like alot for a Sailfish.

That’s exactly what I’m thinking Skunk Boat !! Waterman industry’s pot/line hauler mounted thru the shower/head area. With blocks along the walk around to pull the lines from the rear. Wreck fishing in the fall and winter calls for more than just one hook in the earth. The have setups on charter boats that I fish I may just duplicate their set ups.

There has to be guys that have done this to their Sailfish already. I’ll be glassing in bulkheads to mount the wheels and capstan.
