Does anyone know the size of the bolt that holds the Trim Tab fin Zinc that is on the lower unit of the Yamaha F250? I am trying to get a hex screw driver that is long enough to tighten the bolt throughout the season. Thanks in advance.

It is 12mm, or you can use 1/2", when bolt is loose use needle nose pliers to remove it, or live it there, put a new zink and tight the bolt again.
1/2 inch sounds right, wrap the extension arm and the socket with electrical tape to keep them together...just in case they come apart while you are tightening the zinc bolt.
When the zinc is off, give it a good tap from the bottom and it'll pop up, then grab it. If your sockets fall off the extension, get new stuff and if your still worried, get a deep socket.
