First question from new Grady owner

Just purchased my first Grady White boat, 2016 Freedom 285, and love the fit and finish. However the one item that keeps nagging is the latch that is supposed to keep the bi-fold door to the bow seating area closed while underway. Every time I hit a decent wave the latch will pop loose and the door will come open. Is there an adjustment or replacement latch for this door? Any insight appreciated.

I leave mine open with velcro strap when underway. Since it's not water tight, I don't see any advantage in keeping it closed. We're not in an out of there a lot, but enough that I wouldn't want the nuisance of having to open it each time.
