Selling an '04 Yamaha HPDI 200hp thats coming off my Seafarer. Motor runs great and has been well maintained (I have service records for last 10 years).

520 hours and even 110 compression on all cylinders.

Asking $5,000. Can also sell prop / controls / gauges if needed.
