I have a 2014 Freedom 225. Scupper flaps ( black rubber ) look worn and one of them allowed some wildlife to grow behind it. Having trouble finding the replacement parts and could not find any instructions. Are they very easy to change generally ? Can someone steer me on this one please ? Thank you !!

I've gotten mine from my local Grady White dealership in the past, though you can also get them on Amazon for considerably less money. My local dealership usually has the Perko brand, I believe they're 1.5" in diameter and are typically around $10 a piece. I've got a 2004 Grady White 228 Seafarer and the ones on my boat just have a single set screw at the top of them, pictured below. You can also measure yours, or you should even be able to see/take a picture of what you've got, as some of the newer models of boats have the 4 screw design shown in the second link. They're quite easy to replace, especially if the boat is out of the water and you have access to it. I typically replace all 3 of mine every year for added peace of mind as I leave my boat on a mooring buoy for 4+ months during the summertime, and it's not worth potentially having an issue for $30 or less. There's also a company called TH Marine that makes some pretty decent quality flappers that I've used in the past as well, which is linked below. Some pictures of what you've got would definitely help out, though.
