Nice day here in Carolina and thought I would fix my fresh water system. While working under the deck I remember on one of the post something about the full ball or primer ball? not sure what it was and I have had no fuel issues or smells but when I squeezed it the end on the engine side spray fuel under the deck. This could have been really bad this coming season?????So I would suggest that you check yours before the summer season............ :wow :wow :wow

Anyone know the part # or where to order one. 1999 Grady Voyager 248?

Yes that is correct. It actually has a worm clamp. I cut off about an inch of the hose an reattached the hose and clamp to the primer bulb. Good now. Looks as if hose end was bad. Just a quick fix for what could have been a bad deal.

The fuel hose is is out of the sun, right? That's good because you don't have to worry about the type of hose you buy in the future - just the right size. Not all worm-gear hose clamps are created equal - the cheapie ones don't have eased edges and tend to bight into the hose more-so than others, creating uneven pressure. If you have the tool, an even better option (better still than the best worm clamp) is an Oetiker clamp.

Good - that you got it figured out now and didn't come across this out on the water next season.
