Gil Inspection plate parts

I removed the inspection plate for my Gill outboard bracket. There was no ring, and several of the screws were stripped.

Are replacement parts available? If not, any suggested alternatives?

I replaced my Gil access panel with an Armstrong compression plate. I have to make the hole larger to fit the larger access panel.

There are two ways you can go about it .
On the stripped threads enlarge the holes so the screws fit easy and make little aluminum plates drill and tap then epoxy the plates on the inside .
The other option drill larger holes tap them and buy bigger bolts to suit .
