After 9 plus weeks, my boat is home. The yammy shop took her for a water test and it checked out. I plan on testing her tomorrow. I saw my old motor and all the intake valves are rusted, cylinders and pistons too. After spending 30 minutes with the mechanic, nobody is sure what happened. It bothers me greatly as i do not want to be the cause.
He said my 10 micron was clear and I watched him change the filter today and he poured the fuel out of the old filter into the new one. No water there. He sampled the fuel tank...no water there. I am going to use stabil E 10 treatment at every tank fill up from now on.
Can't wait to run her and take her fishing.....
