Hi guys.

Just joined the Grady White owners fraternity.

On Sat, I purchased a 1994 Adventure 208. Very nice shape, only 300 hrs on it.

Here are a few pics.

thanks

Always room for more members!
And the Grady 20 ft walkaround contuinues to lead the field some 30 yrs after introduction, for being so much boat at just 20 ft.
Had one myself.
And right for the times!

Welcome!

Sweet lookign boat.

Maybe just the angle of the shot, but your kicker looks overpropped.

Welcome to the Grady family. Boat looks to me in mint condition. Was it garage kept?

I thinlk the kicker is fitted with the special high thrust prop designed for very heavy loads. I think it also is supposed to do real well (relatively speaking) in reverse also. I believe they are called 'dual thrust' props.

Hi Michigan Brian from Bob in St. Joseph, MI.

I want one of those anchor mounts. Any idea who made it?

Bob

Thanks for the nice comments guys. Makes me feel good about the purchase coming from people who really know these boats.

Tuna Man- Yes it was kept in a garage. And you are correct about the kicker prop. Its big in circumference but has a real low pitch.

Amigo- I will check on the anchor mount. Nice to hear from another Michigan member!

Welcome, to the site and the neighborhood!
Not many Gradys here, yours looks to be in great shape.
I'm in Royal Oak, you're gonna love that boat on St. Clair and the rivers.
Tuna is right about the kicker, I have the same, backtrolls perfect for walleye.
Lets talk Johnson/Evinrude.
Got Seafoam?
You will be glad you have canvas
PM me when ya can

Wow, that package looks to be in excellent shape - nice find!

Now, will you be bringing her down I-75 every winter like the rest of Michigan does?
