had a 98 gulfstream with single yamaha 250 2 stroke, it was my baby, and just upgraded to the 305 express with twin 250 4 strokes, anybody with pics of electronic would be helpful, and any suggestions from a - z

I did an upgrade last year Gulfstream to Salifish. It took a little getting use to the twins over a single, beleive me once you get the hang of docking with them you will never look back on the single. Do you have a bow thruster on the 305?

We have a 2008 305 Express w/ F250's....and absolutely love the boat! Did you go with the 350's or 250's? If you have any questions at all about the boat feel free to ask anytime! Here are some pics of my electronics setup......On the left I have the Furuno 1834C NavNet2 with DFF1 sounder and 4 KW 36nm Radome and on the right I have the Garmin 4212 w/XM weather....and the Autopilot is the Simrad AP26. I love the setup!

thx very much for the pics, will be getting twin 250's , as far as electronics picked out raymarine's e series with twin 12" screens in the pod, and with seperate ocean temp and depth in upper box, autopilot is also raymarine, so they all talk to each other, radar with be an enclosed dome. took it for a test drive and its a beast, cant wait, ty very much for the pics. where south are u, will be in biloxi, ms in 5/09 for redfish
