Last year when I pulled boat out of water I noticed water coming out what appeared to be a hole rotted through my bracket. The bracket has a styrofoam block in for flotation and I thought was sealed to keep water out. After removing bottom paint from btracket I see there is a matching hole on the other side of bracket. Its clear now these were intentionally put there but are they drains? They were painted over so I never noticed them.
