My '89 Gulfstream is powered by dual 150's and each is cabled through about a 6" transom hole protected by a bellows type boot. They are no longer doing much good and need to be replaced. A google search has turned up nothing. Anyone have a source? I am hoping they can be replaced without removing all the cabling.

You can try a CV boot that you slip on and cable tie both ends. This might work and you will not have to spend alot of money and time doing the repair.
I just saw these in a store. It was either Boater's World or West marine and they didn't strike me as being expensive. You could try the dealer as well- I think these are fairly common.
Unless you want to remove all your cables to thread them through, you can slice the bellows open, wrap around the cables, fasten to the hull and them tie wrap the bellows closed.

I've used these before, they work fine. You just need to cut the opening larger. Can't recall exactly were I got them.

You should really remove the bellows entirely, pull all the cables through the holes and into the boat and take proper steps to ensure the transom core is sealed properly because I'm 100% sure it wasn't done right from the factory (just coated with caulking or gelcoat). At the very least, those holes should have all the caulking or gelcoat removed and the core needs to be painted with epoxy. Even better though, sleeve them with a piece of large diameter PVC, then install you new boots, pass the cables through and reconnect everything.
