The one on the left side of the country.

Sunday was the opener for halibut. Coupled a day for flatties with some lincod fishing. Took us about 40 minutes to get our 10 lings (5-26.4#) and 4 drifts to get our 5 flatties (14-28#).

Our water was glassy smooth on Sunday. 7+' on Saturday and it10+' out there today! We got lucky as heck with 1-4' swells, no wind, and the sun shined all day. Crazy!

What a nice way to kick off the season. I need to look you up the next time I'm out in Bremerton!

The Halibut look great ! Nice "chickens" ! Wow what a dissapointment on the Ling, ALL BREEDERS.
Thats why the season is so short, newby's keeping everything. Sorry, not a "successful" trip.
Learn what to keep and perpetuate the species !!!!!!
Don't you want your kid to catch ling????
