I have a '94 24' Explorer that I cracked one of the slide windows on the side of the cabin. It seemed a simple job to replace, but I can't figure out a way of getting the window out of the track (or a new one in). Has anyone had any experience with replacing one of these ? Also do you have a source for the tinted plexiglass ?
Thanks for any help !

My boat is older but I replaced the rubber window pieces last year. On mine the window slides in "kitty whiskers", the fuzzy channel in the window frame. I had to pull that out top and bottom with needle nose pliers. Then there was enough play to remove the glass. Then I pulled new channel in. The entire process was not very hard. I don't know what the newer Grady window construction is like though so this may or may not pertain to your year.
