My Bennet control switch has failed twice over 6 years. Each time I just called them up and they sent me a new one after I sent the defective ones back.

Having the same problem on my 2005 Grady ! Bought it about 18 months ago and have put 160 hrs. on it. Is yours the same switch/side all the time? I've been thru 3 switches already and everything seems to be fine with the system. I do need to do a current draw test though.

LR. My batteries are on the port side in the stern. Depending on how the boat is loaded in terms of the crew I tend to run with the port tab deployed more than starboard on the lake for load induced list, but on the ocean both get used especially in head seas. My starboard switch is fine.
