Hello once again fellow GW family,
I am still trying to find rub rail ends for a 1999 Grady White Islander. I tried Gratelakesskipper.com with no luck Barbour Plastics with no return calls or e- mails

You may have to replace the entire rub rail. Did you try your dealer and newer ends?
