Inop fuel gauge.

Been working on my neighbors recently purchased 26.5 Grady White with a pair of 200 Yamahas. Awesome package!! It was a bank repo and eventually got everything working. He called me yesterday and said the fuel gauge quit working. The gauge is part of Yamahas fuel management system. I have not been able to look at it yet and he said that it worked prior, my guess is the fuel sending unti. My other neighbor has a 24 Grady and went thru the same issue. Any thoughts?

Not enough info. What gauge , the fuel management gauge and the fuel level gauge?
What does the gauge read ( both gauges). Do they go through self test correctly?

if just the gauge, but speedo or rpms work, you got problems
