I have a 1999 Sailfish without a bow pulpit. I need to install a windlass. I've picked the Lewmar Pro- Fish 700 windlass and have gotten several prices for the unit and the installation from Grady Dealers in the area which are way out of range.
Has anyone installed a windlass on their sailfish and can you tell me what you put in front of the windlass in the way of a roller channel.
Thanks

Two things to consider:
You have to match the roller to the anchor. It's best to verify with the manufacturer. Secondly, there are several types of anchor rollers both fixed and hinged. If you have an automatic free fall windlass, the hinged type may be better since it drops a bit when tension is released helping the anchor to deploy.
I do not have first hand experience with the following but here is an example of a hinged anchor roller.

Do you want a bow pulpit? If so, Grady sells a kit incl. rail extension.
