Integrity of Marina / Broker in Central NJ

Am interested in a boat being sold by Coty Marine. Do any of you GreatGrady members have first-hand knowledge as to the integrity and reliability of this company? I am not from that area, and know nothing about them. I can tell you that the person I made initial contact with was very polite and low-or-no pressure. So far, so good. I have never dealt with Coty marine. However, I can tell you that they have been in busines for a while. They have two or three branches that I am aware of. Last time I checked (a few years ago) they were a pretty good size Mercury dealer. Sorry I cannot be any more specific, but I don't know much about them.
