Internal anodes

I have a Yamaha f200xb with approx. 600 hours. Can anybody advise me on changing the internal anodes and the process involved. I believe it requires some engine dismantling. I have checked the accessible ones, all is good, but no way of checking the internals. Is there a time line on those. Thanks

It just involves taking off the valve cover.
