My livewell quit working via the pickup when running on my first trip out this year. I tried to blow water back through the nozzle in the livewell and checked to see if anything might be blocking the pickup. Well, the pickup looked clear and now the livewell fills just like new. Only problem is, the water drains out down to the fill nozzle in the livewell. It is a one year old 208 and I am learning something new about it every time I go out.
I guess my question is, is there a check valve or such in the fill line that I may have messed up? Could it be just leaking around the nozzle? If so, I assume I am pumping water into the bilge all the time I am running and whenever I fill it via the livewell switch. I hope you all could offer some help. Not sure where the leaking water is going but I know it's not a good thing.

The water is going to the bilge. It sounds like you may have blown the fitting loose....good news is the boat is under warranty. Time to schedule an appointment with the dealer.
