Anybody replace theirs yet? Any tips for doing the job? Probably about time for me - the engine is 12 years young. Thanks.

Yep. Took me about an hour to do all 6 on my old 225s.

I think there are 2 10 mm bolts holding each pump on and the lines are simply secured with zip ties. I don't remember the order in which I disassembled/reassembled things, but in this case it probably doesn't matter. However, I do seem to recall unbolting the VST tank from the block to get better access to the top pump.

I did mine on my '98 200sws. Cheap and easy, dont bother with new gaskets just replace them. Nothing is hard to get to either, I almost forgot I was working on a boat.

All things being considered, I would rather re-locate to Dixie. But I made the fatal mistake of marrying a long-legged redhead from New York city who cannot relate to the slower, more relaxed life style I became used to when I was fortunate enough to live in Georgia. If I'm gonna route for a SEC team, "Go Bulldogs"!!
