I'm familiar with swapping out wiper blades for my 2007 300 Marlin. This weekend the outermost extension broke, it appears the two plastic guides have failed? It is held in by one small bolt and nut....

I can't be the only one who has this problem, can you tell me how to fix it?

I have two weeks to fix this before three weeks of heavy use fishing.... Electrical tape may do the job, but I'd like a better solution.

Thanks!

Randy

I have the replacement wiper arms/blades but have yet to do the replacement. I know you can get the arm with the water wash, but it was very expensive.

From my looking, here is the info on buying parts at one location:

The wiper arm is a 20" and sells for $35.55 each. The arm is the style with a wet kit and sells for $89.50 each plus shipping.

All right, got it dialed in. Went with the Wet Kit, not that I needed to but the prices were closer together.

Thanks again for the pointer. And the photo too.

I'll have to be extra careful when I change mine. I didn't realize that was a plastic part.
