motor winds down after turning key

Hi all have a 305 e question is everytime i turn the motor off and pull the keys a motor winds out for about ten seconds i have no clue what it is thanks

Any chance you have the option that automatically brings your trim tabs up when you turn the key off?

Sounds just like our auto-tab retractor, running the tab pump to bring them up.

I think gwwannabe nailed it.

Yes, they crank up every time the switch is moved to the off position.
