Hello

my name is Scott. i currently live inTexas, however before 2007 I grew up boating in the Chesapeake bay. In 1988 my father bought a 1975 20 ft. Grady white Hatteras lapstreak hull grew up crabbing and fishing out of the Gunpoweder River fishing. Well in 2007 I go a career as a paramedic with the city of Austin. This las too months I started remove the cockpit flooring and foam . I have 3 stringers that I am going to replace and replace the floor. I’m excited about reliving my child on the boat,just a different location. Still like the crabbing but want to do some relishing,and some fresh water stripper fishing here around May..Pictures to come… but any advice would be appreciated

Some Pictures, not the best, but the floor is out, most of the foam is gone. Now it is going to be alot of sanding( starting in the cabin) and working back. The stringers in the cabin are still intact, so I am going to get the old fiberglass off the stingers, and make sure of no rot, and refiberglass what is alredy there. I will have to cut out some rot and replace but there are more midships.
