Optional Freedom 235 portside seating

I am looking to buy a Grady White Freedom 235 and wanted feedback on the pros and cons of the optional port side seating-
the deluxe companion seating with electromechanical extendable lounge seat or the
port lounge seat with sliding backrest
Any experience with these would be appreciated

I have the electric seat, it’s great, I definitely would get that option. It’s comfortable. When it extends, it makes an L with the aft transom fold down seat. On the front portion of the seat, my wife loves the forward visibility over the port console.
