Does anyone know a good product for removing adhesive from fiberglass? I am trying to remove a large adhesive name from the side of my boat and the glue is extremely difficult to remove. Turpentine doesn't do the trick. :(
Any good products or tips & tricks would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

i use a product called "Lift Off". it is made by a company called Motsenbocker's. i bought mine at Lowes; paint department. works great. i was just down the boat and cleaned off some old adhesive from a tape measure, and it was exposed to the weather for a couple years. it doesn't appear to damage anything, including fingers. ron

Razorblade was the best for me, acetone works too, but don't get it on your striping, it will dissolve it.

Yes 3M after using a hair dryer and plastic putty knife to remove decal or large globs of adhesive. I'd be real careful with a razor.

Yeah, thats what I did. I got the sticker itself off yesterday with a hairdryer and a plastic knife. Today I got all the glue off with 3M adhesive remover. It says let sit for five minutes but it seemed to work better if you went at it with the putty knife right after spraying it on.
Thanks guys
