Does anyone have a source for the rubber trm that goes around the console. The previous owner didn't take very good care of the boat and I'd like to replace this. There is a lot of mold and I have not been able to get it cleaned. It is about 3/4 of an inch wide and has a small flap to accomodate the screws in the console. It also appears that it was put in place with a double sided tape.

Replacement Rubber Trim

I just noticed this thread and thought I'd bump it since I am having similar problems. Does anyone have any experience replacing/repairing this rubber trim? Is it possible to take the existing trim off, clean and replace? Seems to me it may have shrunk over the years. Tips on a source would be appreciated.

In my experience, applying Soft Scrub to the stained area and leaving overnight will clean the mildew that has penetrated the trim. The trim on my boat detached from the gel coat. I used 3M 4910 VHB double sided tape to reapply. Worked well.
