I have had my Express for two years now and replaced the rigging tubes because they were broke when I got the boat. They seem very tight in the engine well and seem like they are strained. Can someone show a picture or tell me what length the rigging tubes should be? I am wondering if I need to add a few feet and coil them around.
I have a 2005 with Yamaha 250s.
Thanks

Seems like they are way too tight in there. Over the weekend port side popped off the motor side

You definitely don't need to go longer. If anything, probably a bit shorter to lessen that hard bend where the tube first comes out of the engine.

Personally, I'm done with using that plastic tube. TH-Marine makes a really nice, fabric tube with a zipper... Soooooooo much better/easier!
