What's the best cutting board out there that will fit a gunwale rod holder on my 208?

Magma makes a cutting board also, where i fish, most guys use this brand, not sure it is any better then the others, they are all the same for the most part, just may or may not mount differntly. I plan to have a custom cutting board made by magma to span across my transom sometime down the road. I think Melton tackle also sells them and you can have your boat name put on them if you choose.
