I agree there should be more rod holders on every boat. Nobody catches more fish on a boat than the rod holders. Lol.
First you have to figure out if you want angles ones or ones that stick straight up, and also figure out where you want to put them. I would match the ones you have so everything looks uniform.

I wouldn't suggest blind install from the top with wood screws
You want bolt thru to nuts and backing plate(or at leaast big washers) or look at gemlux screwless
You need to figure out where you have access to the underside.
Probably anchor locker area is easiest. Maybe from inside the seating/fishbox?? does it come out?
Maybe you can remove bolster and put in an access plate and then hide it with the bolster.

You need ones with drain tube attachment and you want to run the tubing out to the deck(preferable) or down to the bilge
There are little plastic press-in drain fittings just for that.

Think it thru...especially the angle /depth and clearance with the hull and liner
