Is it possible to replace the seals on the cabin windows in a 1988 seafarer? mine are hard and brittle. Is there standard stripping available that replaces it? I’d love to get rid of the leaks and get the windows working again! I’ve owned this boat since it was new in 1988.

Are you asking about the window frame to fiberglass seal, or glass to frame seal? Or are you asking about the seal where the swinging frame fits into the stationary frame?

The seals between the glass and the frame. Windows used to slide open and close

Oh, that's different than my seafarer. It has a glass hinged at the top and swings up to open a screened opening.
