I've used many things over the years - pretty much whatever happens to be on the shelf at the time. The only things I watch out for is anything that cautions against using it on plastics and anything with chlorine (red Brakleen, for example). Use gentle pressure - some of these cans squirt out pretty hard and some filters, like the "hat" filter on the HP pump, is delicate. Sometimes just soapy water works, too. Simple Green is another one. Start safe, work your way up the ladder.
