Squeek in Outboard trim mechanism

I noticed a squeek when trimming up my 2001 yamaha 150 HPDI from the trim mechanism. Is this something I can fix by adding fluid and if so where do I access the fill port. Any other instruction will be appreciated.

There are two bushing that require greasing at the pivot point.
Also, the tops of the two trim cylinders could probally use a dab a grease. You can only access these when the motor is trimmed all of the way up.
