Steal of a deal on a 2006 Grady White 232 Gulfstream with twin F200's - $25k

If this was real, I would buy it today.
It's from a company called Norfolk Marine in Virginia that has pretty good ratings on Google as well as has it on their website. Seems legitimate from perspective at this point. I'm assuming, and I could be incorrect, but that the outboards might have a good deal of hours on them and/or the boat needs to be repowered.

It's pretty strange that they don't list the hours on the motors and there is no description, like is the trailer included.

Trailer has a temp tag on it so it's probably not included, just something to set boat on. With no overall description, probably some issues with either boat components and/or, one or both motors. Almost like an as is price. Norfolk Marine is legit, but there is something missing about this boat. Might be worth a call on Monday.

I think part of the lack of description is that it's a brand new posting. I check usually everyday or every other day for 208 Adventure's, 228 Seafarer's and 232 Gulfstream's to see what's available and for how much... of which this boat wasn't on BT Thursday or Friday when I checked. I'm guessing it's maybe a trade in that they got within the last day or two and probably haven't gotten around to going over the entire boat yet, as well as updating their BT page and their own website yet... considering Google says they're only open for a couple of hours on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays. I'd be willing to bet a few more details will emerge tomorrow morning bright and early.

Damn. Wish this was three months ago.

I'm half tempted to flip the thing, if everything checked out and came with what is shown in the pictures. That's easily a $65k-$70k+ boat out here in the Seattle area.

I actually called them on Monday morning. It was about mid-day before a salesman called me back. He said they had a sea trial set up for later in the week. He said he would call me if the guy passed on it. I never have received a call and you say the ads are gone so the guy must have bought it.

Dang... sounds like someone got an amazing deal. I bought my boat for $26.5k and haven't seen anything similar to mine sell for less. Not to mention a 232 Gulfstream that's 2 years newer and has twin motors on it. Maybe the new owner is/will become a forum member on here...
